This year West Ham Utd wanted to thank Solution Recruitment Ltd for their continued support by holding hospitality events on matchdays and interviewed Founding Director Jason Bailey on the subject.

Solution Recruitment was founded in 2006 and is a rapidly expanding and respected recruitment organisation. The company’s presence in technical recruitment is driven by four directors who demonstrate a passion for delivering a high quality and time-efficient service, which has enabled them to secure long-term trusting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Solution’s head office is in Epping, Essex and they hold memberships in the Legends Restaurant at the Boleyn Ground.
Speaking of the hospitality on offer, founding director Jason Bailey believes it is first-rate: “We believe that the service offered by West Ham United is of an excellent nature, especially within the Legends Restaurant where we currently have a table.” Jason and his fellow directors Phil Leggatt (pictured left), Chris Murphy and Simon Haupt use their lounge membership for the purposes of entertaining clients to thank them for their loyal custom and feel it is the ideal setting to do so.
“The Legends Restaurant is perfect for our business model as it provides a good mix of formal surroundings but still has that relaxing atmosphere which puts our clients at ease so they can really enjoy the day.” The company has received ‘excellent’ feedback from clients that have used their corporate facility and have seen an increase in repeat business from clients bought along on matchdays. Upon choosing where to take up seasonal hospitality, Jason looked around every London-based Premier League side but opted for his boyhood club, having been made to feel very welcome at the Boleyn Ground. However, it was not only the family welcome that drew the company to West Ham United.
“The corporate packages were the most value for money,” says Jason, who has previously held season tickets in the Bobby Moore Stand. “With me being a former season ticket holder, I had an insight into what West Ham United can offer on a matchday in regards to atmosphere.”
